Entering consumed items on the app and then finishing the entry.
I consider the day a success when the app scolds me for eating too few calories.
I don't think it takes into consideration the plant-based diet and how it's hard to eat enough calories without over-filling my stomach and becoming sick.
I also like how the program tells you what you'll weigh in 5 weeks if you continue eating the way you did that day. Motivation.
