Youtuber with the handle 'Let's Game It Out'. The guy plays simulator and tycoon style games and causes as much mayhem and death as possible. It's absolutely hilarious.

Planning to watch a lot of movies today actually.. first I want to watch Prometheus. I've heard the film isn't very good.. but just like the bad string of Terminator sequels.. anything Alien deserves at least a watch from me.

It’s a good movie. I love the old Hollywood classics. I love looking at the set decor and clothing as well.

Due to internet problems.. I gave up.. I found the movie intriguing though. Might be bad and I'll hate it overall when it's over.. but as for now I'm getting some enjoyment from it.

There is another one titled Alien: Covenant. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be on Hulu or HBO Max.

I know lol.. it seems like HBO Max has every single other Alien film.. including all the director cut versions. Oh well I can just rent it elsewhere.

Instead I am watching GI Jane. Not totally sure why.. lol.. guess part of me just wants to watch another Ridley Scott directed film. While I abhor much of modern feminism.. when it comes to women striving to have more agency and responsibility.. I'm all for it.

I saw that. That film is pretty unrealistic in the violent scenes but it was entertaining enough for what is.

I had a friend long ago tell me about those scenes.. which yeah.. I will groan and roll my eyes during those parts.. sorry.. but men on average are stronger than woman. I'm a small guy myself.. and I don't like the idea that most men could wipe the floor with me if I were to get into a physical confrontation with them.. but it's just reality..

Yeah for what her character went through in that movie, she would be completely unrecognizable and most likely brain damaged. But she’s supposed to be the sexy, tough, bald chick. I did a lot of eye rolling myself.

Have to say the combat footage at the end was shot terribly.. many of the scenes simply had the camera quickly zooming in and out. I mean what? That looks just terrible and cartoony.

Exactly. It was what it was. But at the time I think there was an audience for it.
