Hey y'all, my name is Chris. I'm from Memphis, TN (anyone else from around Memphis?). And I attend Broadmoor Baptist Church. I'm coming here in hopes of sharing some of my faith. And I'm also looking for a strong Christian online community. I really don't know where to start on here. So any suggestions would be greatly welcomed and appreciated.

Welcome to CF! There's something for everyone here. It's an amazing, complex place.

Where to start really depends on what you are looking for and what you have to offer. There's a very active Baptist forum under Congregations, and there's a regional forum if you want to talk to othes from your area of the country. There is Men's Discussion under Life Stages, or a whole lot of doctrine-specific forums under Theology. Look around and see what piques your interest.

Something that helped me a LOT when I joined was to go to my Control Panel at the top of the page, and go to Edit Options. About three screens down you'll see some options to add titles and URLs for the "Custom Navbar". As you find forums on CF that you want to participate in, put their URL as one of your custom navbar URLs. That way, it will show up on the top of your screen each time you visit, and will act as a quick shortcut to the forums you visit the most.

Welcome to the site! This is a huge huge place, but think of it like the Bible... it's a Big Book but it's really made up of smaller Books put together!
