I've been getting some sharp pains in my stomach. When I lay down for about 20 minutes they go away. I did a google search for it and a couple of sites say it's round ligament pain. Has anyone else experienced this?

In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Yep same here! I had them during the beginning of my 2nd trimester and now that I'm about to enter into my 3rd I'm getting them again but worse this time. Not much fun.

I go to a chairopractor certified in the "Webster" technique. He uses pressure on the round ligiment and I end up feeling like I've just had an hour long massage after I'm out of there. Of couse it's not always comfortable as he's pressing on the ligament... but it's great afterword, and it only takes a few mins.

I have round ligamnet pain for nearly the entire second half of my pregnancies. If I could afford it I would so be at the chiropractor!!

If you can handle one, I'd try them.
I can't stand having anything on my belly but a top and it can't be tight, refuse to wear panels...my belly is just too itchy,

Instead of going as far as a girdle you might try a Bella band or one like it first, those work well for me. They give you extra support but aren't as restraining as the girdles.
