I have a problem that I wanna share with you guys. You see, there is a Japanese sushi restuarant that has a buffet option for USD$9. And whenever I feel anxious or eaten bland food for too long, I would pay a visit there like once a week or so. The thing is, I eat like crazy.
For example, one plate would have a pair of sushi, or a side dish. I would likely eat a huge number of plates of food.
Not only this rises the disgust of the waiters, it burns my pocket a little. I also realise I am taking in an extreme number of calories I might feel better but I feel guilty and sickly.
Do you think this is a controllable thing or I should stop?
