Weed Smoke

Over the past week and a half I have walked into my boyfriend's new apartment twice and there has been the slight smell of weed smoke in there! He has never smoked weed not even in his teenage glory days because drinking was his thing..hes about to be 25..and since his mom is a strict hindu that comes over I know he wouldnt be able to hide it from her either...now I dont know to think he is lying to me or not( he has never ever lied to me before and has never given me a reason to believe hes ever been dishonest with me but I just dont get it)...he says that his neighbors smoke weed and that somehow the smell is getting in here..idk maybe through the walls or vents..he has an upstairs neighbor ontop of him and one on his right across the hall....but he says hes going to have to report them to his landlord....so I dont know how this is possible? Is it? I know nothing about weed or anything just that it is so horribly disgusting!! and I dont have the patience for people that do drugs or break the law..me going to sko to be a cop in all!! Ive mentioned it to his bro and hes like my bf could never hide anything..but I dont know what to think..does anyone know if this true about smoke traveling?? My bf doesnt have a reason to lie because he doesnt know how I totally despise pot heads but I do know hes going through alot of stress now..having been fired from his job..lost his wallet etc which to me would be an excuse of why he would start using..i just dont know..and i dont want to accuse him since he is so antii-drugs and so healthy dont do harm to your body mr. taekwondo.

There is no way I could tell you with any certainty that pot smell traveled or not. My best guess on percentages is there seems to be a snake in the woods.


Now the loss of job AND WALLET can be real symptoms of pot smoking.

All you can do is be " WISE AS A SERPENT AND GIAL AS A DOVE "



Keep your eyes open and just wait as the truth will surface.


They can be real STONED and be with you and you would never know. But look at his eyes for redness, and if you have a conversation with him and all of a sudden he changes the subject without completing the current conversation there is a good chance it could be a symptom. Ask him what we were just talking about and if he can't tell you then you have found the GIANT symptom.

An apartment I used to live in would smell that way too. Once or twice people would walk in and think it was me. I think it came from the neighbors below who would do it on their back porch, which was right below my room. Nasty smell.

But uh, yeah, I've never smoked. But my apartment had that slight odor to it sometimes. So maybe this is his case as well...?

The guy that used to have my old apartment before me used to grow pot there and honestly every time I walked in the door I could smell it, years after he was gone. So it is hard to tell.

You shouldn't despise pot-heads btw, they are people too, even if you don't do drugs.

Keep your eyes open and don't be to quick to confront or dismiss anything. If he is smoking then it will be just a matter of time before he gets caught. People make mistakes when they're high.

I get whiffs of what smells like cigarettes from the nieghbor in front of my duplex. I can strong cooking smells too. I think it manages to seep into the attic and somehow come through to my house.

I would say you don't have enough evidance to accuse him of smoking weed. I would just believe him!

Or you could just walk in there and be like "GEEZ MAN WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN SMOKING??? IT REAKS IN HERE!" but just do it with a playful look on your face and then guage his reaction.

If he is smoking weed you can smell it on his clothes or in his hair or particularly on his hands. You may notice red or glassy eyes. You'd notice him laughing over odd things or eating large quantities of food. As far as smoke carrying - yes it does. Have you ever been to a concert and you can smell it in the air? So I think it is possible, based on the ventilation sysem in his apartment, for another tenant to be using it and it making its way thru the vents into his apartment. Like you said, he's never lied to you, so i think you should continue to trust him until you have real definitive reason to do otherwise.

Yea he doesnt smell like it at all or anything just his armani spray lol but I was so happy last night to see that the smell of the smoke is coming from the upstairs apartment as I walked to his front door..so my concerns have been distinguished His neighbors above him do smoke and its so close that everytime my bf goes in and out of his front door the smeel drifts into his apartment

What I was trying to say is that im happy that the smoke is coming from another above him..his neighbors its not him smoking but everytime he leaves and opens his front door the smell drifts in...i was happy to find out how the smoke was getting in there lol

its not that i hate potheads but i find a very high level of immaturity of people that participate and that use drugs!! and as a police officer in training i have no tolerance for people that break the law..its no joke!

In my days of being a prodigal son I did just about everything the Bible tells us not to do. I copped the consequences of those wicked things too; I was dead for 60 days on ICU life support with all my organs shut down and when I did wake up from a miracle am now still suffering some of those consequences. My heart and body made a full recovery but now I suffer a lot of anxiety and emotional problems. Getting away from my story;

Pot smoke can travel hundreds of meters and the last house we lived in we could smell it from 3 houses away. I mean it has a smell that gets into everything.

As mentioned above be wise as a serpent and gentle as a dove. These are the commands Jesus gave His 12 disciples when He sent them out as lambs among wolves. Be wise enough to know that if your man isn't a Christian he may be up to anything. Be gentle enough to know that if he is you might be able to help.

Be careful girl; you will be rewarded for putting Christ first!!!!!
