I believe it is totally up to God as to what interaction we would have with Angels.
We know by the Word some have entertained them unaware.
I have my self,did not know in the moment but people just do not vanish right before your eyes.
Gods will is their role in our lives,
Not for us to play with.
They are busy battling darkness all around they are Gods hedge.
They are to help us they are ministering on our behalf and we can pray and ask God for his ministering Angels to intercede for us in earthly needs.
