    yes sure.

But for what i understand the original post was about losing weight trough change of diet only, and was talking about cutting out sugar totally but still eating food like turkey and that other stuff. And it was for all for those who wants to lose weight, so overweight ppl.
It may NOT be what he was thinking about tho! :D
And tho this diet is radical, it works becuase if done right bloodsugar from food is replaced by ketogens from stored body fat (and muscles, but theres a way to combat muscles reduction). Its the only diet i used since i was taught it some years ago, and i tried lots of things before.

If anyone is interested in keto diet id like to recommend this researcher, its kinda heavy but...

Quinoa is high in protein and can be added to normal food, so you just eat less fat, sugar, and wheat.
I't pretty neutral in flavor. It just makes for higher protein meals. This pushes aside carbs and fats.

And the breakfast shakes have fruit sugars so they are easy to drink. Or breakfast eggs. Whatever you
feel like. We eat cereal now and then as well. And Sunday donuts for weekend cheating.

    Eeewwww.... turkey.

I cut out starchy carbs and processed foods and sugars. Losing a lot of weight and fat. I walk a couple miles each day and eat nutrient dense foods, which is super filling.

Sure. It replaces Pizza, which is the main problem.
As I explained, making up large batches of both
makes it easy and fast to put together meals.
And that is the problem, easy and fast is normally
greasy and fat or ground up wheat (sugar).

These two components are not sugar, fat, wheat, or slow
when prepared ahead in bulk. If you want to add "dark greens"
you can eat them all day and you will loose weight.
They almost have fewer calories than chewing them uses.

Made ahead of time, you have fast food at any time.
And you can mix them with your favorite soups
or sauces to change up the flavor for each meal.

Oh, and pickled eggs. Cook up batches of eggs
and drop them peeled 5 or 6 in vinegar or just leftover pickles brine.
Very fast eating and healthy in moderation.

I eat all wrong and still maintain a healthy weight, energy, and overall health. My saving grace is that I'm very active physically and mentally. I'm also very happy with my life, family, and work. :)

you may want to consider a flexible diet where you go back and forth, and if you introduce some short fasting periods of lets 16 hrs a day most days of the week, youll have three kinds of ways your body can harvest energy for itself (glucose, keto and autophagic energy), and ppl are starting to realize big time that its in this control of a flexible form of digestion that the body will perform best.
For me that is living this lifestyle for some time, the days where i go on glucose is the WORST days, i literally feel sick sometimes compared to keto and fasting days just because of the toll carbs have on the body.

sorry this is a bit long, but the guy being interviewed here is explaining the flexible diet, i have been on it for years but the understanding for this is really not been on this level until this year, i highly reccommend this, its how god designed the body, so many benefits its ridicolous. As an example, Im going out running now, its 7 pm, and i havent even had one little piece of food at all today and im not hungry at all not even tempted to nibble on toblerones and cookies i known i have in my fridge, Even if im out running i will not get into low bloodsugar or anything because im going on oil at the moment, becuase u can easily swtich between different energy sources.. He touched on this on this interview, i beg all of you to get into this.
I used to weigh almos 100 kg and tried all diets including low carb/atkins. Getting into this let me hit 68 kg within months, which was underweight. IM now stable at around 75 kg but the weight is now under my control. There is no food i can not eat, but i balance the diet as i go and as the body signals.
