Trump wants to place doubt into the minds of Americans so that they will not accept the legitimacy of the election.

This is pure evil !
Concerns about voting machines have nothing to do with Trump. Experts, more commonly Democrats, have warned about them for years. Here's an example from this election: https://www.washingtonpost.com/vide...d7fe3e-6464-11e4-ab86-46000e1d0035_video.html. I doubt that this was intentional. It's probably not even a bug in the base software. In addition to the base software, you have to program the machine for the specific set of candidates. Since every county and municipality has a different slate, that's a lot of work, and testing every combination is hard. Obviously in this case it wasn't caught in testing.

If this were paper ballots and you found a problem with the scanning, you'd rescan. But what do you do in this case? Some people probably didn't notice that the machine registered the wrong vote. Do you revote? (In this case the Republican won, so the issue is moot.)

I have no reason to think that errors like this affected the presidential election. I have a high degree of confidence that Biden actually won. He'll end up with enough states and large enough leads that there's no serious doubt. But it's a bad idea to use these systems.

Oh, I see. thecentersquare.com is your source? really? I can direct you to many, many dubious sources of "facts" which are politically biased. How do you know they're not a Communist front?
Do a search for problems with voting machines. You’ll find lots of articles from lots of sources. Here’s one from a local newspaper on SC. https://www.thestate.com/news/politics-government/election/article246806162.html here’s one from a group sponsored by the PA Inquirer A year ago, voting machines malfunctioned in a pivotal Pa. county. Have the problems been fixed? | Spotlight PA.

My actual source is a stream of articles directed at IT people in blogs, so they’re not easy to point you to. This Wikipedia article provides an overall orientation. Electronic voting - Wikipedia There’s a consensus among experts that there needs to be paper that the voter can see. Some machines print paper, which is then scanned, but some brands use bar codes that don’t let the voter see what the machine claims he voted for. Scanners have their own problem, but they are easier to check, and you can rescan.

The biggest problem is direct recording machines that write onto memory cards. There are two issues: programming errors such as the one shown by the Washington Post article I pointed to above. That could lead to data being stored on the card that isn't what the voter intended. There is no way for the voter to verify that the data was correct. The second issue is that the cards are potentially subject to tampering. There's no way to verify on most of them that the numbers haven't been changed.

It's quite possible to build secure voting machines. But a lot of the ones in use aren't.

Every state I'm aware of has a university, and those universities normally have experts that could help check out machines before the State buys them. But many times the purchasing decisions are made by people who don't understand the dangers. The article from SC gives an example. Their decision was made by a group of 5 people without a technical background, and they refused to listen to a faculty member who was an expert in the field.

Here's a web site run by actual experts: Resources and Events - EVN

This is an opinion piece, not fact.

Voting machines are not connected to the internet, so cyber security breaches are not possible.

"Some of the hardware in the Democracy 5.5 System can be connected to the internet, but the vendor claims it is protected by hardening of data and IP address features."
This is the first vulnerability discussed by the appointed voting systems examiner in Texas.
Not to mention the issues with Black Sharpies later on.

Oh, now I understand... "The American vote is being silenced by Dominion Voting Systems" is an unsubstantiated attempt to cloud an election that Biden/Harris clearly won. You cite two states and one county to try to prove your rumor. Really?

I cite two states and one county because they were meant to be highlighted. Let me explain further.
Dominion Voting Systems account for 40% of all US voting. Look at their map and you will see they are used in all democratic strongholds, all 2020 swing states, and in many cases of currently flipped swing states... were installed and used in 2020.

Why is this an issue? Because the Dominion Voting Systems has indisputably shown to have malfunctions. Which means that all votes tallied by these voting systems cannot be trusted. Computer programs do what you tell them to do. They don't change their behavior because they are in a different state.
Michigan: Failure updating software caused Antrim County vote glitch
They can also change behavior if you try to update them the night before the election like in GA
Georgia election official: Machine glitch caused by last-minute vendor upload

After listening to Alan Dershowitz, it seems that the "Trump lawsuits" have to deal with the individual votes themselves and not the faulty electronic voting systems. For instance late ballots may be overturned, one fraudulent vote here or there, but from what it sounds like Trump is not contesting the actual problem itself, the systems.
The Dominion Voting Systems has already been shown to malfunction with Black Sharpies and have vulnerabilities due to internet connectivity in testing.
The Dominion Voting Systems has already been shown to malfunction in practice in Antrim County, Michigan. The only reason why this error was caught was because someone saw something suspicious and questioned it. What happens when the votes don't look overwhelmingly suspicious?

There is only a month or so left until this is a done deal. I've done what I can to weed through the nonsense and find some concrete proof. If anyone knows of any lawyers that can do anything about this, we have about a month left. Don't wait on Trump and hope he goes after the real problem. The machines are determining our votes.

The experts in the election commission have shown that there is no difference between using a black sharpie, a black ink pen or even a pencil.

The scanner counts the vote if the oval is filled in.

The reason why pencils aren't allowed is because pencil can be erased

"The adjudication portion of the tabulation process in the election management software was problematic and showed that the handwritten write-ins subject to adjudication were not easily picked up by the ballot scanner. This poor resolution on the scanner also failed to pick up some of the printed wording on the ballots. In a follow-up, the vendor stated that only black Sharpie markers should be used for marking the ballots; however, when the black sharpie was used during testing, it did, on a few occasions, bleed through to the back side of the two-sided ballot in such a way that it could confuse the ballot scanner or kick the ballot out."

The experts say a lot of things. If ONE person shows that they are wrong, they are wrong. That's how science works.

"The sky is falling, the sky is falling..." There are people out there who have discovered an infinitesimally small amount of problems nationwide. And they are better at the game than you are.

Biden won legally; Trump lost legally.

Everything I heard from some that worked in those polling places and watched on TV.. yeah not ONE thing came from President Trump. Not sure he again is getting blamed for this. I heard him speak once before the election and not one time since. Real Americans .. millions of them have questions and have a right to know about this. Its not over until Jan 20th

I’m not claiming that voting machine issues caused Trumps defeat. I’m pretty sure the voters did that. But they’re still not a risk would accept.

Well it wouldn't be very difficult to write an algorithm that would add X straight Democratic ballots for every Y number of Biden votes.

Of course the chances of getting caught for such a crime are, say, 110%

Dominion Voting Systems already was shown to be giving Biden extra votes in Michigan. This implicates 40% of the votes in America that uses Dominion Voting Systems.

If its God's will, then something will be done about this.

And you write "If its God's will, then something will be done about this" on what authority? And if the information that you post is false or misleading, how will God judge that?

Well worth the watch.

The Democrates have been getting legislation pushed through in the critical states in order to pave the way for massive election fraud. They have been planning for this election for the last 4 years.
If true, then there are (were) probably even more ballots set aside somewhere

Americans could vote by acclamation, in person, in public, in town squares, in front of everyone, literally "standing up to be counted"

If Americans can take off almost the very next Thursday for Thanksgiving, then they could take off the almost immediately prior "Giving Thanks for Elections" Tuesday too

I am not claiming that Dominion Voting Systems caused the Antrim County, MI irregularity. I am just passing on the information that there was an error in that caused thousands of erroneous votes to go to Biden. Some people pass it off as a glitch, but that is nonsense. If it happened in one county, every county using Dominion Voting Systems is implicated, no matter what claims by reps and company reps are made. Thousands of votes were changed to Biden under these systems, and that is only known because it happened to be caught after results were being reviewed.

Well it wouldn't be very difficult to write an algorithm that would add X straight Democratic ballots for every Y number of Biden votes.

Yes and they are connected to the internet, which seems to be unlawful from what I've read. Machines do what you tell them to do, no matter what.
