Nonsense. You are having a conversation with yourself. You are conflicted about the issue. This conflict causes anxiety because it remains unresolved. Make a decision and don't second guess it and you will be fine and may find new paths open up to you that will make life more enjoyable.

Nothing drives me battier than when a Christian admits to a mental illness and how it is affecting him, and someone starts shouting "demon possession!!"
No, it is a disease where the chemicals don't work right in the brain. When Jesus healed people of demon possession, manifesting as madness, it was not the same thing as someone with a diagnosed illness of the brain. We don't even know if schizophrenia and other mental disorders existed in Jesus' day. We have so many new illnesses, as we devolve from the perfect beings God created, to mutations due to radiation from the sun, eating or drinking things which damage the body, or diseases jumping the species like AIDS.
As to the OP, I think you explained yourself very well. You have intrusive voices telling you to do things not in your best interest. Maybe, besides a med tweak, you could get some therapy. There may be some internal factors, back to your childhood, causing you to be overwhelmed by college. I pray you get some answers, and remember that God loves you, and he will never leave or forsake you!

Thank you for the prayers. I think I will try to talk to my psychiatrist and maybe try a new medication. I'm not very good at reaching out to my psychiatrist because I get hopeless about things getting better. I always feel like nothing can help me, so I have a hard time reaching out.

And why do the meds work for some people? Maybe yours were demons but you can not say that SnowTiger's. SnowTiger's voices are sounding like typical schizophrenia.
And yet you say to instead use a drug called enthogens (a hallucinogen ) ? Your experience is that you used it once and never again had an issue? And why isn't this method mentioned in the Bible as a way to treat demon possession?

What makes you believe the are spirits? And why to you need to get high in order for the angels to fight the demons? Wouldn't they fight for sober people too?

Even people in the bible had holy anointing oil which were made from plants and breathed in smoke from the alter which was spiritual and sacred I don't get drunk by smoking it's completely different the spirits talk about the bible and increase my intellegence through enlightenment but there are also demons who appose them within me. I'm talking about cannabis which has also been said to have been an ingredient in the original anointing oil.

A healthy person doesn't have to get high to experience God. Schizophrenia is evidence that the sensory system is not healthy...it is hearing or seeing things that aren't there...same as phantom pain causes an amputee to feel like they have a limb where it isn't. Both are neurological issues. Not demons. They are the result of us living in a body that no longer is perfect related to original sin...but the voices are not demons if a person is a Christian. A demon can not live in a body owned by Christ.

I don't know about that but I do know about what they call psychosis you do know that the psyche is the mind spirit and soul and that the spirit is has the same meaning as breath in its root language I breath in smoke and spirits come to me.

You breathe in smoke and you get high ... and altered state of mind ... a non-sober state of mind. Peace comes from the Holy Spirit and the Holy Spirit can be felt in a sound sober mind. God calls us to be sober and in our right mind...not to be drunk to experience an altered state of mind.
1 Peter 1:13 Therefore, preparing your minds for action, and being sober-minded, set your hope fully on the grace that will be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ.

And I don't know what you mean...or why is this relevant to hearing voices? The psyche can be described as the soul of a person. Are you saying that your soul is hearing demons during a psychotic event of schizophrenia..and that by making your mind high, it relates in some way?
