Anyone else taking advantage of the Fall sale on Steam?

Lately, I've been playing Metro 2033 Redux, Stardew Valley, Warframe and Skyrim.
I've never looked at steam sales before now. Portal is for $2 :o

Playing COD: World at War at work now. Brought in my Xbox and hooked it up to one of our 55" screens. The computer for that screen is being repaired, so we thought it would be fun to do some gaming my last week on nights. This sort of thing is not possible on the day shift...

I got a few of The Settlers games from steam today. I had played the Settlers II a long time ago when I was a kid, but unfortunately I couldn't find that one so I'm playing The Settlers: Heritage of Kings, so far it seems fun. It's very different than Settlers II, but I can see the similarities as well. Has anyone played any of those games?

I think you would. They are similar to AoE in a sense, but have some unique things. Unfortunately in the bundle I bought only one of the games will launch on my computer (Heritage of Kings). The others have an error saying my graphics card doesn't have enough memory, but I have a dedicated card so it's incorrect. Trying suggestions I found online to fix it haven't worked and I tried launching it through wine on my mac as well, but then it just glitches out and crashes. But the one that does work seems fun so far. :) I'm on Windows 8.1 so if you have a different windows version perhaps it will work.
The one that does work is The Settlers: Heritage of Kings. It also seems to have the highest rating of the settlers games listed on steam. I really wanted to play Settlers II, but unfortunately it isn't on steam.
I am disappointed that not all of them work on my computers, but at least one works and I enjoy it so far.
Look at the reviews before buying any of the others because apparently most of the new ones aren't very good based on ratings.
