Not knowing which direction to walk and forgetting people's names aside, what explicit and specific examples?

Because I posted a link in the previous thread that indicated that neurologist said that none of the behaviours witnessed by EITHER candidate would be grounds for an assesment.

Confusing a president with a president of another country, seems normal. Forgetting the name of people you love and see with GREAT frequency, now THAT is a sign.

But if I forget the name of an aquaintance I worked with for a day 8 months ago, nobody thinks I need a cognitive test.
