Jesus told the pharisees in John 10 that they could not believe because he did not die for them.

““I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd lays down His life for the sheep.” (John 10:11)

“But you do not believe, because you are not of My sheep, as I said to you.” (John 10:26)

Seriously I got tired of seeing people hold up John 3:16 signs at sporting events so I looked it up for myself and haven't looked back since.

I wish I could name one. So far, I’ve been lacking to find a verse that could change my life. Which ones have impacted you, Matthew?

What is the verse that changed your life?

Of all the verses that there are, I can say I didn't have to look far, for it was simply in the beginning that I saw, and there shown in plain language that it was God that created all. From there I reasoned from First to the Last, I needed the Redeemer from all the sins of my past. Yet, not there was Jesus to cease, but to continue to cleanse me from all of my sins, and to freely give me true peace.

Thank you for asking, yeah i had some difficultys finding some too, but i found one that helped change the way i lived, Romans 1:17.
