Yeah, Jews and Messianic Christians don't drink/eat any blood at all, since they're torah observing. The meat must be cooked enough so there is no blood left.

Meats these days are all blood drained. The red stuff you see is just water mixed with myoglobin (protein).
It wouldn't matter too much for us anyway.

Im having a lot of change in my life right now. I have moved back home and fixing to start college.... next year, I will see my dad for the first time in 11 years. He knows I am here, but I am not ready to see him yet. I have visited my family on my dads side I was never allowed to talk with growing up. They are amazing people. I love them so much. I am staying at my aunts house, on my dads side. and I love her a lot...
but good stress is still stress. I don't have a good track record at home. and my sis and I have lil arguements off and on that just get under my skin. It is good to be home. It is just such huge culture shock from a little Indiana town to the busy Houston, TX. And mix that with a fear of failing college and stuff, this is both the best Christmas and hardest Christmas ever.
