Thank you so much to whomever suggested this book. I read it a month or so ago and it really had an impact on me. I can definitely recomend it as well

I've read it 3 times now, my wife is on her second reading. Each time we go through it we get some new little nugget out of it.

I've been listening to Rob's sermons for almost 4 years now, I have all the Nooma's, and have been to a conference he spoke at..........Velvet Elvis didn't present anything "new" from him, but it was nice having all of it in one place with the book.

I highly recommend it.

i'm so glad you liked it. i started the thread about that book 2 or 3 months ago, and found that few people had even heard of it. it was very helpful to me as someone who has been moving out of a fundamentalist background.
