Well the land in Africa is pretty useless so there's no point killing them off, and they don't have money to pay for vaccines (which is why they're donated), so there is no profit or debt slavery. There is no advantage to helping Africa except human decency and the hope that they will help us in the future, probably by buying all our crap. Killing them off doesn't really give us an advantage because we could easily buy the land from them if it was worth anything and we have enough oxygen that we don't worry about them using it. The only reason to lie to them about polio vaccines is pure evil for evil's sake.

The entire continent?

A lot of African countries don't want Western countries in their land because of imperialism. China has been in African countries mining ore and oil for a while.

But, there is more than "wealth" that attracts figureheads of war to invade and imperialism nations. Artifacts, ley lines, rarities and other seemingly "non-esseintial" commodities are abundant in Africa - as well as resources.

Africa is a huge continent.

You do understand, don't you, that Africa is one of the richest continents on the planet? Does it not puzzle you, then, that its peoples are amongst the poorest? Answer who controls the wealth of Africa, and how, and you may begin to realise the usefulness of vaccines for purposes of control and depopulation.

But you are ultimately correct. The devil doesn't deceive because he is poor, or because he needs the money. He deceives because he is evil.

The land that those people live on is not being used. If their oppressive governments wanted it, they could "purchase" the land and "voluntarily" relocate the people.

You mean [internal] imperialism.

It's been done, and because it's been done, African countries won't just roll over and let those previous bedfellows do the same okie done as was done so easily in the last.

Besides, as said, China has a good portion of resource mining latitude; the West can't break into African countries unless they "accidently" expose them to something, and then move in and take over in the name of "humanitarian aid." But, the Africans have been hip to this scheme for a while. That is why during the Ebola crisis the UN was treated like a monster - with people RUNNING from them, and their "aid."

The "aid" spiel means "imminent geographical and resource domain." The land on which Africans live is full of resources, and they know this.

Perhaps they dont have the same drive to rape the land of its resources for the sake of a dollar, or the facade of "progress." I am sure, though, "we" in the West will relieve them of the decision on what to do with their land. It is just that when that does happen it will likely be during war, or part of the start of one.
