Rebekka you have probably already tried this; but have you checked under your options that you have a tick next to the view avatars under visible post elements?

Trying to look over all the avatar threads now.

But Everything (few hundred items) vanished today.
I was doing the return slowly, and wanted to keep quite a bit of my items.

Anyone know who did the server reset on the Avatar Items ?

They did it the other day across the board. Wiped all items and have said that they will reimburse folk for blessings spent on the original items we had back in CF1 and to estimate that cost if you don't know for sure and they will honour that. We're still restricted to 50 items for now and it means having to start all over again, but they did this to help those folk who couldn't use their avatars at all. I hope that helps.

Given that they reset the cost back to normal cost, is there a way to see the full size image of the items we are buying now ?

I have three questions.

First, should we include in our blessing reimbursment request the amount we invested in character items (hair, eyes, etc.)?

Second, how do we increase the amount of "points" available to us to purchase items? Do we have to take blessings we have saved in the bank out of the bank like before?

Third, since we can't preview items "full size", do we get the full amount refunded if we decide we don't like an item?

I was wondering the same thing as you a while ago!

I just conducted an experiment by buying one item, watching the "before" and "after" points, and then selling the item back. My points were exactly back where they were before. The same points representing the cost of the item were reimbursed completely.

Forgive me in advance if this question has already been answered. I just don't have time, what with dial-up, to peruse the entire thread on this. That said...

I am unable to locate the dog currently located at my feet in my Avatar. I noticed that Rebekka has the same dog. Where is it? Angel suggested to me that I save my Avatar to my computer so as to keep the memory of what the dog looks like. That's okay though, Nana is here in reality with me every day. Hence the reason I want her in my Avatar.

Any suggestions?

As announced earlier in this thread, all avatar items have been removed en masse from everyone's accounts (rather than make people go through one by one to delete them down to the 50-item limit).

You did not automatically receive credits back. You may estimate how many blessings you need to reimburse what you spent to buy it all, and request that amount in the Request Blessings Reimbursement thread.

Then you'll be credited for those blessings, and you can begin to buy avatar items again.
