IMHO, the answer is Unix.

NT... To be exact, Windows 2003 Server. Excellent product. And I have work experience from NT3-2k3 servers and Linux RH servers.

NT 4 Server was clumsy in many ways, though the later service packs did a lot to improve stability. Windows 2000 Server is excellent. I haven't used 2003 yet, but I've head good things from my coworkers who are testing it out.
