Why is it not in the Bible?

Because there's stuff in the book of Enoch that they don't want the world to know about such as the fallen angels, Nephilim, sun, moon & the stars.
If the book of Enoch had been canonized the whole world would have been educated to some of the most important history of the earth.

Like many other books that they dropped from the Bible, these books tell us more about the Bible & answer any questions that we might have.
the OT book of Enoch was never in the the OT Bible - the Hebrew Bible - as the Jewish Historian Josephus indicates in the first century when he notes that the Bible had been unchanged for over 300 years and kept in the Temple.

In addition the book we call "The book of Enoch" did not even exist 400 years before Christ. No record at all of it in earlier times and the first form that you see of it - is in Greek not Hebrew.

From what I know, in Orthodoxy, there are parts of Enoch that are truthful and can be carefully referenced ( there are sound Trinitarian statements). For example. there is a reference to the Ancient of Days that is compatible with the book of Daniel. Since we don’t know who (one or more people?) wrote what we have of Enoch, it cannot be included in the Bible. Parts of it are worthy of being included in Church tradition.
True. Jude quotes a tiny snip of it so we know that at least some of it is true and likely more than that one tiny snip is true - but so also a lot added-stuff got added in over time.

"There are at least three main versions of the Book of Enoch, also known as the First Book of Enoch, 2 Enoch, and 3 Enoch. These texts are considered pseudepigraphal, meaning they are not part of the accepted canon of scripture for most religious traditions.''

"The Book of Enoch, also known as 1 Enoch, has been identified in over 150 manuscript versions. While 80 manuscripts were initially known in the 18th century, University of Munich professor Ludo Stuckenbruck has identified over 150, according to Larry Hurtado.

The Book of Enoch, a collection of apocalyptic texts, was widely read during the Second Temple period, as evidenced by the numerous fragments found in the Dead Sea Scrolls. While the Book of Enoch was not included in the Jewish or Christian biblical canons, it was considered a sacred text by certain sectarians. The discovery of Aramaic fragments of the Book of Enoch in the Dead Sea Scrolls provides valuable insights into the development and use of these texts.

Aramaic came into Jewish culture and writing as a result of Babylonian captivity - so some time after that the book(s) of Enoch was written.

And of the many manuscript versions, the correct one - without interpolation added into it - is hard to determine

Jews considered this period - the time of silence - no prophetic voice.

So while some value is attached to these Psuedopigraphal books - not all of it was considered inspired (if any of it) -- buyer beware

one thing is for certain - it was written more a few thousand years after the actual Enoch was alive.

I know the version of 2nd Enoch ( aka “Secrets of Enoch” ) should be avoided as far as Christian faith is concerned. If memory serves me right, 2nd Enoch was in circulation for a long time while the original Ethiopian Orthodox Enoch had largely disappeared outside of Ethiopia. Perhaps this contributed to misunderstanding towards the original Enoch. I do believe the book of Enoch should be cautiously read but it’s messianic and fairly clear expression of God in 3 Persons ( Ancient of Days, Son of Man, & Lord of Spirits), the hierarchy of angels etc. seem Biblically sound.

The giants that were over a mile high might be one reason.
Could be why they saw humans as the size of grasshoppers.

Numbers 13 -here we saw the giants (the descendants of Anak came from the giants); and we were like grasshoppers in our own sight, and so we were in their sight.”

Handy for building pyramids. Even the dinosaurs were oversized. There came a point when the world was downsized. Which gives rise to the question of who did the over-sizing in the first place to suit their needs.
