sometimes
unannounced
dailiness seems to fade
repetitiousness fizzles
menial and mundane mechanical movements
evanesce

in their place
pastoral calm
circadian siesta
temporary injunction
puncturing mentation's madness

enjoy still water
green pastures
soothing sun
protective mountains

life in Life
refreshed.

A Welling

subterranean streams
nourish
replenish
providential canalicular sustenance
for canicular days

in times of plenty they flow unnoticed
silent sentinels
invisible, but vital

in dry times
with parched earth swept by desiccating winds
when a soul longs for a single drop of water
finding only sand rushing through hourglass

then
in pitiable powerlessness
landscape may change
a welling appear
mysterious
welcome
the sentinel has brokered sentience
growth may begin

hope blooms

Even though you used many words which are unfamiliar to me in the second poem, I do think I understood the context of it when reading the last part, as well as rereading through it a second time again.

This poem makes me think of when one is going through a dry season in life, looking at the superficial part it doesn't look like there is much growth. Yet, from within there will be welling forth water in due time, and a new thing will be growing forth!

What seems hopeless to the outside world, isn't seen as hopeless through God's eyes! And even in the most driest valleys, when staying in our Lord Jesus Christ; Hope will blossom through! :)
