I would point out in the UN international law

There is no such thing as "UN international law".

this agreement keeps referring to, your freedom of expression can be suspended.

The non binding compact...that agreement?

a. Article 19 of the ICCPR-GA UN

This is a UN treaty which 74 countries have signed up to, yours included. However, like all international multi party treaties it has entire sections which are specific to individual countries.

For instance, when the US signed said treaty, it included the following:

United States of America
Reservations:
"(1) That article 20 does not authorize or require legislation or other action by the United States that would restrict the right of free speech and association protected by the Constitution and laws of the United States.

Here's a link to said treaty, you'll have to scroll down to find the US exclusions.
UNTC

However, and the reasons I responded to LoAmmi and not you:
1) This is a non binding agreement. No amount of reposting the youtube rantings of some right wing EU idiot changes that.
2) The EU, UN and US are completely different groups.

You seem unable to grasp either of these very basic concepts.

Ok, and you don't live in the EU. Nor do we live under UN laws or anything like that. Our rights are protected in our Constitution. The US also sits on the Security Council of the UN and, thus, gets to veto any resolution that could be considered binding.

You do know that most of the stuff you're quoting isn't binding, right?

UN Migration Pact. Why we didn't sign it

Non binding... love it. They have their own police force that as part of the agreement comes to your country to help aid in the restructuring of your current laws, and, AND can "act as a substitute or partial substitute for, host-State police" to enforce "international human rights law"

Please name the first world nation where anything like this has happened.

You're off worried about this nonsense when real privacy issues are happening. A government we are allied with, Australia, is looking to pass a law that would require tech companies to help them get into encrypted data. Australia's Encryption-Busting Law Could Impact Global Privacy

The other Five Eyes nations have said similar things and it's very likely we could see this law spread to other nations allowing the government to get into encrypted information when it sees fit. Once a backdoor is created, it isn't possible to keep ti closed. Want to worry about something? How about that? Instead of the boogeyman UN peacekeepers somehow managing to, I don't know, take out the US military and impose UN rule on a nation that has more guns than people.

A non-binding resolution is a written motion adopted by a deliberative body that cannot progress into a law. The substance of the resolution can be anything that can normally be proposed as a motion.

The signing of the document is an agreement to adopt the legal framework outlined in the document, and up hold it's proposed actions etc. Hence:

LOL! Did you even do any fact checking before posting this that propaganda? Do you even know the speaker is? You just just keep parroting "EU parliament member" over and over like a mantra. Do you know what party is with? Do you know anything about his positions? Do you understand that 4 minutes out of a longer presentation can strip it of all context?

For those actually interested in the facts, the speaker is Marcel de Graaff who is a Dutch politician. He is a a member of the right wing Party for Freedom that is very anti-immigrant and specifically anti-Muslim immigrant.
Party for Freedom - Wikipedia
And he is part of a caucus in the EU parliament of like minded right wing anti-immigrant representatives.
Europe of Nations and Freedom - Wikipedia

His speech is not what he wants to be implemented or what the agreement will actually implement, it's a fear mongering appeal to "this is what they are going to do" bit of propagandizing.
Well, yes, that is how “The Victim Card” is played!
