When one is "so black-out drunk" they have no control over what they are doing, the norm is they become incapacitated as opposed to morphing into a sex-crazed monster.
I would strongly suggest that you learn a few things about the effects of excessive alcohol before speaking on such matters -- you'll be egregiously wrong far less often.
Oh, please. The actual issue here is you guys need to choose your words more carefully in your attempts to smear the reputation of a man none of you have ever met.

An immediate line up is in order in the Senate chambers. Ramirez must be able to pick out Kavanaugh with his head covered in a line up. Only way to get to the 'truth' of the matter. I think this was done in one of the Porky's movies. Is this an offense that he should be punished for?
Did you see or hear Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn) said to regards a 'constitutional duty?'Oh, please. The actual issue here is you guys need to choose your words more carefully in your attempts to smear the reputation of a man none of you have ever met.
Orrin Hatch said:: No, I think we can look into that accusation. You’re going to have these phony accusations come always. ...
Hatch: Because I know it is, that’s why.
I think she’s mistaken. I think she’s mistaking something, but I don’t know, I mean, I don’t know her.
Mitch McConnell said:You’ve watched the fight. You’ve watched the tactics, But here’s what I want to tell you: In the very near future, Judge Kavanaugh will be on the United States Supreme Court… Don’t get rattled by all of this. We’re gonna plow right through it and do our job.
I have no doubt that, if the attack on Dr. Ford was as bad as she says, charges would have been immediately filed with local Law Enforcement Authorities by either her or her loving parents. I ask that she bring those filings forward so that we can learn date, time, and place!
Hatch was around for the Anita Hill testimony. I think he knows. Some choice quotes from prominent Republicans:
"Q: Should Ramírez be summoned to testify?"
"Q: Why do you say it’s a phony allegation?"

These are elected Senators and an elected president, folks.
"Accusers are automatically guilty until they proven themselves innocent. Women are inherently guilty and every powerful conservative man must be believed".
One side has definitely reached a conclusion in this case without evidence, but it's sure not Senator Hirono....

For what it's worth, in his Fox News interview, Kavanaugh denied ever being blackout drunk.
At one point, after he acknowledged that “people” do things in high school that later cause them to “regret or cringe,” Fox host Martha MacCallum asked: “Were there times when perhaps you drank so much — was there ever a time that you drank so much that you couldn’t remember what happened the night before?”
“No, that never happened,” Kavanaugh said.
MacCallum asked again: “You never said to anyone, ‘I don’t remember anything about last night.’ ”
“No, that did not happen,” Kavanaugh said.
Hatch was around for the Anita Hill testimony. I think he knows.
They would have corroborated her story in what way? That they heard the claims from her?Yes, Hatch was around to see the underhand deal made that denied Anita Hill the chance to have four witnesses testify who could corroborate her story. Instead she just got to have her name and reputation ripped apart, and the man who treated her so poorly elevated to the highest court in the land. Hatch knows perfectly well that it doesn't matter whether a nominee is actually guilty, just whether the right political pressure can be brought to bear.
They would have corroborated her story in what way? That they heard the claims from her?
Thank you. I asked because someone corroborating an account from someone else just telling them it happened is different than being an eyewitness to the incident(s).Supposedly they had also witnessed Thomas acting in similar ways to those described by Hill.
Other quotes by another US Senator Sen. Mazie Hirono, D-Ha:
“I just want to say to the men in this country, 'Just shut up and step up. Do the right thing for a change,'" "Not only do women, like Dr. Ford, who bravely comes forward, need to be heard, but they need to be believed.”
Therefore, men are automatically guilty until proven by themselves innocent. Men are inherently guilty and every woman must be believed.
On Kavanaugh's denial of the allegations against him Sen Hirono continues:
"I put his denial in the context of everything that I know about him in terms of how he approaches his case,"
These are elected Senators folks.
In many cases that is exactly what's going on in the US Senate:When people say "believe women", they don't mean to automatically believe the man is guilty.
