I ended up watching the last half of it, but I saw the beginning of their video on the abc.com site.
this show has HEART. I loved the realism when she was dealing with HMO's to get her dad's prescription. then she turns around and reamed into the boss' son when he came over. woo hoo! GO BETTY!

I didn't care for the sex scenes, but it could be a bit tasteful if the girls' backside are to the camera flashing the boss' son, and get a great reaction from him.

Poor Betty, I hope they get over her trying to quit or being fired every episode though. And man, if that actress is fat, I have some serious weight to lose (the one they redid the photos of).

they tried to re-do the photos, but in the end, the photos stayed untouched.
I'm a bit overweight due to medical problems, but that doesn't stop me from doing what I can to be, feel and look healthy.
I liked the fact that Betty doesn't beat herself up for being who/what she is.
That's why I liked the show so much.

I *heart* America Fererra, but I think this show is a half hour stretched to an hour. The Case of the missing "The Book" I only watched bits and pieces of and what I saw was worthwhile, but there's too much else on at that time and I can only tape and watch 2 shows at once.
I think they pad America up a bit to be Betty. In all the publicity photos I've seen of her going back to Sisterhood of the travelling pants she looks about 15-20 lbs. lighter than she does as Betty.

Bret, I meant the girl that was the actress doing the photoshoot for Mode that Betty told was beautiful anyway. Not that I think America is fat either. It's funny. She has a lot of features that when played right can make her not as cute as she otherwise is.
