I was referring to your STATEMENTS. I addressed the post. I didn't say you were stupid, I didn't tell you to learn how to read. I am asking you to stop with those remarks. If you don't, I will report you.


Even the leaders like Sharpton et al acknowledge the video of those calling for the deaths of cops. They were quick to deny that they were a part of the bigger demonstration that day.

So let's stop with the notion that the video is fake.

So are they protesting against cops or people getting away with murder which involves lawyers, judges and politicians? The cops are sandwiched between corrupt citizens and corrupt government yet somehow not to become corrupted themselves.

Odd, if we view the situation as you do, It seems like you are laying out a scenario where protests and outrage are entirely understandable...

But, somehow people who call attention to the problems, sympathize with the concerns of the protesters or are outraged involved are irresponsible?

Then I will leave the thread by saying that everything is Obama's fault, since he is in charge. When somebody is murdered, it is not only the murderers fault, but the fault of the entire system.

Obama is part of the system, but certainly doesn't control it (regardless of what some conservatives try to say). I'm not asking you to leave the thread or the discussion, but i think you should realize that while i don't think "cops are bad", i do think the way to address the cops who are bad is by changing the system, which currently tacitly supports the behavior of bad cops.

Attempting to go after the bad cops via protest, without bringing attention to (or even acknowledging) the system which emboldens the behavior of those cops will be a fruitless activity.

There are those both on the sides of the protesters, as well as on the side of law enforcement officials which are working to prevent those of us in the middle from having a rational debate, painting the opposition with a broad brush, and lumping those who with moderate viewpoints in with those on the extremes. That is, of course, the general dynamic for most political discussion nowadays, so i shouldn't be surprised...

You are doing a terrible job of trying to disconnect a statement of mine from me saying it. When referring to my statements, you are referring to me. Besides you misinterpreted my statement and doubled down simply because I did not post what you wanted me to post.

Bedford seems to condone the violence. Even now he can't say "the guy was wrong for killing the cops". Bedford says that the cops died because of other cops' actions. Bedford is basically saying they deserved to die.

So #1: this isn't racist, it is classless, bigoted and prejudiced. There is no power wielded.

#2: Cops are supposed to be of a higher standard than us lowly civilians. That is the reason for the justification of all these non-indictment: the law is skewed in favor of the cops. With power comes responsibility, and if you are a law enforcement agent, and this type of stuff entertains you, I wouldn't want you policing my neighborhood.

Mature people don't fight fire with fire. And, apologies after the fact are trivial. The energy (sound waves) exist forever.

I refuse to excuse stuff like the song when my government, and certain people, are trying to convince me cops aren't, and never were the problem. If they do this in the open, then I can only imagine what they do behind closed doors, and what type of attitude they bring with them on the job.

And, it is absolutely classless. I think I said that.
