Upn has them on ever night, noir,. Is that a new word? That's what they call them:)

Film noir, (French: “dark film”) style of filmmaking characterized by such elements as cynical heroes, stark lighting effects, frequent use of flashbacks, intricate plots, and an underlying existentialist philosophy. The genre was prevalent mostly in American crime dramas of the post-World War II era.

For me it will be Columbo and hopefully not the same one over and over again.
They have the whole series. You decide which episode you want to watch.
(Unless you are talking about a Roku channel...)

Not Roku although my TV has it but I have no idea what to do with it and little interest. I was looking at the schedule and so far I might have found one columbo I haven't seen, lol.

Which of the 3 is best. It seems to take a lot of data. How much do you think for an hour long show?
I don't know about all TVs and streaming devices but most stuff is 720p on all 3 of them as "best" is more about what content you are interested in. I think 720p uses about 1GB per hour so 8 hours a day for a month would use about 240GB or so. Some shows and movies are 480p which uses about 1/2 to 2/3 as much data I think.
Basically if you don't have 1TB a month then you may have to limit streaming.

noir is actually a word for black, but is used to describe types of movies from the 30's into the 50's maybe early 60's. Usually the film is dealing with some type of crime plot.

I found the ultimate broadcast on my LG smart TV a few months back.

It's a direct 24 hour transmission from the International Space Station. Since the cameras are mounted outside the station I can watch astronauts climbing around the structure and cleaning the windows or whatever it is they do outside. There is no sound apart from eerie background music. The quality of the picture is amazing. I think its ultra high def.

The cameras are also pointed at the Earth so I get an overhead view of everything down here. Unfortunately I'm mainly looking at clouds. If you're someone who loves watching grass grow or paint dry, you'll love it. It's very calming.

The app is called Earth Online. It's free but it may be specific to LG TVs via the LG store.

There is so many apps on smart tvs these days it is becoming a nightmare to keep track of things. Even the search engines on my smart tv doesn't find stuff that is there some of the time.

That isn't going to go far streaming even at 480p it is around 0.5Gb which means about 24 hours of watching or about 16 movies and from what I've seen streaming seems to default to 720p.
In other words you need to get more data per month either unlimited phone or a cable or land line fiber type internet plan.
