Sorry I haven't posted for awhile. I took my husband to hospital on Monday morning with severe abdominal pain and it turned out he had appendicitis. It was so badly infected he is there probably until Friday. Then AF arrived.

Not coping too well.

Quick question:

If someone has regular cycles, should they be ovulating on the same day of each cycle, or can ovulation still be irregular even when AF is?
She should be ovulating roughly the same day every cycle. This is because your luteal phase (the time between ovulation and menstruation) is fixed for each woman. It doesn't change from cycle to cycle. If you ovulated late, then your period would also be late.
