I don't think I could convince DH to move to Europe to make a baby. We have insurance, it just doesn't cover infertility.

Aside from free healthcare, our Gov pays for at least one IVF attempt.

I'm in the tww, I'm due 13th Sept. I've not been feeling myself since Tuesday this week, which was 5dpo, I've had cramps, twinging and terrible back ache, this is unusual for me in between my periods so I'm wondering if there's a chance Ive caught this time? I'm not going to test early though, I'll be patient and wait and see.

that is so true.. I just started a part time job today to help pay for those doctor bills.. with the promise that I can quit once I get pregnant and they are paid off. From here on out.. since we found out the insurance won't cover it... we have to pay in full each visit. So that really stinks. I may work into the pregnancy... as long as I can phsyically and try to pay off as many bills and debts as possible. Thankfully we don't have a lot.. just dr. bills now.. lol Oh well.. we'll get through it.

By the way, my test was negative. I start my provera tonight.

Well the doctor was less than reassuring - although he did keep saying 'Well done!', but I'm meeting the midwife next Saturday and the receptionist was really friendly and reassuring on the phone and gave me advice and stuff, so I feel more 'looked after' than I did.

Am still praying for you guys here. Hoping that you have happy news a few days, jenrenee!

I don't want to get my hopes up or anything.. but today is cd 37.. I forgot to start my provera 2 nights ago.. it was real late by the time I decided to take it.. so i thought... I'd just start it last night. Well... I noticed some light spotting just yesterday afternoon.. like light red.. not normal AF blood.. I still had it some today but it has tapered off.. and still no signs of AF.. I had some very very light period like cramps while it was going on earlier today.
the weird thing is.. I've had NO AF symptoms yet... I just took that as the CD21 progesterone test being right and I didn't ovulate so it's not coming. I know you can have AF after not ovulating.. but I've had no symptoms at all. the CD 21 test came up 1.3... is it possible I just ovulated late after that? I mean that was 15 days ago... could this be implantation spotting? I hate getting my hopes up.. but I was all set to start my new cycle.. and start the provera... and my first cycle on clomid.. but after noticing this.. I think I should probably wait a few more days and see what happens.. before I start the provera. So this was kind of a shock.. not really me just making up symptoms in my head like when I'm hoping for that BFP. I have never had AF without symptoms before it.. and always the same symptoms. So it's just weird.
How long after ovulation/fertilization does implantation occur.. then how long after that would a BFP possibly happen? I thought it would be about a week after ovulation.. then another week for AF to be due.. but i'm not real sure since I've never been through it. Well any help would be appreciated.. I'm not getting my hopes up like I said before, but it would be nice!

It is possible, i remember waiting to start my second cycle of clomid because the CD21 progesterone test said I hadn't ovulated during my first cycle, but when AF was over a week late I decided to do a HPT again and what do you know it was positive - and now my daughter is 2, I ovulated about CD28 I'd guess...
But I would double check with your doctor, the advice I was given was to always do a pregnancy test before starting on the provera (unless AF showed up)...
Maybe test and then see what your doc says...

af is due for me the 12th so we are really close! I hope your symptoms are what you hope they are! I'm going to also wait to test. I don't have any symptoms - just from my cold that I think I'm catching!

I did test before taking it... I was told to take a test just to be safe on cd 35.... giving it some time to happen on it's own of course.. and it was negative.. then it was on day 36 to 37 I had light spotting.. today is day 38.. I noticed a little again today. I have know AF symptoms. But if I'm just implanting.. I probably didn't O if I did... until about CD 25 to 28 or so. It won't show up + for another week probably. So I'm playing it safe and waiting to test again.

Good morning ladies! One more day in the tww for me - I'll wait a couple days to test tho. I don't feel any different than any other month though, so I'm sure it will be negative. My sis went in for her appt yesterday - they are going to induce her on the 24th - so my niece should be here in about two weeks!

Okay - af is expected today. I really don't think we were on the right days this month, but for some reason I'm still really hoping it could have happened. I haven't had any af symptoms yet. Of course - no pg symptoms either. How do you not get your hopes up?? Ugh - I hate knowing I'm probably not pg, but still hoping I am anyway.
