This was the case I thought it was with the headline. I don't think they admitted so in court, but basically the prosecutors forgot about this case and that the speedy trial clock was running. (No agreements to pause it.) They arrested more people than they could handle and very few cases were resolved in the first year.

That does not work.

Capitol Police are not authorized to allow people into the Capitol. If you had any actual evidence this actually happened, you would post the evidence. Do you have the evidence?

If you cannot base your charge against the police or the J6 Commission on evidence, then you should withdraw these accusations against others.

Jake Lang has by the motions of his own attorneys (so that they might file any number of motions to dismiss, change venue, and related appeals) delayed his trial from Jan 2023 to May 2023 to Oct 2023 to now Sep 2024. One of Lang's appeals was on the true nature of the "obstruction of government proceeding" charge which is being considered by the Supreme court and counts for the last of the delays. (Lang also is sitting on 7 assault charges including 3 with a dangerous weapon and one of those inflicting injury. The "obstruction" charge will have virtually no impact on a sentence if he is convicted of assault, so he could have gone to trial at least last October.)

im surprised that there is a divide about trump among christians tbh. I wouldve though most christians wouldve preffered Trump. Im not from the States. But speaking from the outside we like Trump lol. Unless you care about someones personality, all that really matters at that level is more sound economics and defence of a nation's borders. And if you care about their personality....then u have an issue with true understanding of national level leadership. Its mechanical for the most part. I would rather a cussin', crude leader who leaves me alone then a smooth talker who spends all your money lol. Trump certainly is more angled towards freedom than most of the others.
I mean i dont even vote where i am. Christian Anarchy is the ultimate direction any serious Christ follower should take.

Let's not forget that all the pictures we have of him are in the Capitol. He was where? Yeah, inside the Capitol. He and others fought back police, smashed through barriers, broke open windows and doors and forced their way into the Capitol. He was one of the first to gain entry. And careful, Jacob. You don't want to be recognised. Keep a low profile when you force your way into the Capitol. Oh sure. I'm just going in bare chested, wearing my buffalo helmet, gonna paint my face, scream into a bullhorn and carry the American flag on a spear. Hey, what are they going to do to me, man?

Forty one months? Yikes. I am SO sorry. It was INDEFENSIBLE. I was so WRONG. I'm pleading GUILTY to everything.
