The issue I have is that the definition of mass shooting needs to be changed and it would not be nearly as regular of occurance.
He didn't say anything about illegals. He specifically talked about the "Hispanic invasion" in his state.

so if that were the case why would he order the flags at half-staff since not only did the Texas shooter supposedly focus on Hispanics but the shooting was literally right at the border in a place where people from BOTH sides of the border are known to shop on a regular basis?
