As head of the Executive Branch, Trump had access to literally all kinds of classified information. If Biden requested that he turn over any classified info....he should have.

I can't ever recall a time when so many congressional leaders openly attacked the AG and the courts. Some of the words coming out of"leader's mouth or twitter feeds yesterday were truly astounding.

Let me say I guess I was wrong about Trump and honest politicians simply do not exist.

I no longer have any faith in Trump, and Biden I think is worse. Still, it gives me some solace that I voted third party in 2020. I will continue with that.

I don't know if Trump broke the law here or not. The DOJ hasn't charged him with anything yet and there has been no conviction. If he is charged and convicted he should pay the penalty for any crime he committed.

I just wish Clinton would have faced the same thing. A searcha warrant and siezure of all the items before she got rid of anything. As it was the FBI did admit she broke the law but never faced any criminal charges for it. Fair is fair.

If Trump faces charges it's right if he broke the law. But it will show how corrupt the system is or at least was at the time Clinton broke the law.
