Paul is speaking of a moral law. Thou shalt not covet!Yes, Paul is speaking about the Old Testament Law of Moses as an Israelite here. He said when the Commandment came (i.e. the Law of Moses) sin revived and I died. For the knowledge of sin is the Law. But does that mean there was no Law or no sin before the Law of Moses? No. It is talking about how the law was codified and or written down. The Law was added because of transgressions. Paul is not speaking here as a Christian as you will admit. So this passage does not really help you.

I will. The Word of God is what is what I will respond to. If you have a real world example you would like to make, a short 2-3 sentence should suffice for me to respond to it.
Please take note that personal testimonies are not really the same thing always as a real world example. A real world example would be a universal truth expressed by a real world example that all people could agree with. Jesus made real world examples (parables) to express a truth. Even the Canaanite woman was able to expound upon a parable that Jesus said, too.

I admit I wrote the book. A Christian woman edited it. She told me it was one of the few books she had read in twelve years of editing Christian books with a strong message biblically based.
I sent the book to two men in the USA. One had a degree in religion, the other had been a minister for over twenty years and studied much. They both said the book was faithful to scripture and I should consider publication.
Paul is addressing the problem of circumcision in the book of Romans and Galatians. Those who convinced certain Christians that circumcision is necessary for salvation believe that strict adherance to the Law of Moses alone was what was needed for salvation (with no salvation in God or Christ). He is talking about his struggle under the Law of Moses. He mentions the good within the Law such as coveting and points out that the Law is Holy and good (i.e.. it serves a purpose). But no one can keep the Law alone for salvation. Jesus Christ is the solution and the answer. Paul is not saying the Law of coveting or the moral law is the problem. His view of salvation without Christ is the problem. For by Christ he will be able to keep the moral law such as coveting.

A truly born again Christian who loves God with all their heart will sin to their hearts content if they believe the penalty for sin has been removed from themI am not impressed if you wrote the book and if it got published. I would not even care if the book was admired by millions even. Your book is not the standard of truth. God's Word is the standard. For many are called and few are chosen. Oh, and was the guy in your story even real? If so, is he still walking perfectly? If so, then how long has he been free from sin's grip by your belief?

We are evident sinners while this crossing over takes place, if you disagree you disagree with paulIf such is a tactic to get me to read your book, I am afraid that is just not going to happen. I guarantee you that nobody under your belief will remain obedient to God. In fact, you said so yourself. You said in Galatians that we are found as sinners (Which means we are not obedient to God).

The problem was always the moral law, not the legalistic law, as it is in your life and everyone elses. Ah but you are sinless are you not Jason? So you do not need a saviour each day do you. You have moved beyond such a place
