Sure. It was at ldstalk.com and the thread was called
www.christianforums.com.
If the evidence is no longer there, then I consider that additional evidence. Speaking only for myself of course. And I'm not necessarily a critic. I do not happen to agree with the core doctrines of the LDS church. But that does not make me anti-LDS. And I don't trust the interpretive skills of anyone no matter who they are. And I find that this sort of behaviour is very common, anecdotally speaking, of my own LDS relatives. I do pray for them that their lives will bear fruit.
Thanks you.... It does look like the thread has been removed, for I did a search.
Thus, you are likely correct. LDStalk seems to have a lot of youth there.
Just understand, that we don't like bigotry especially in the name of God, so while whatever they did was likely not right, you must understand they were likely responding to the behaviors they see exhibited by people who are supposed to be "Christian".
I know, because I feel the same all the time with many who wish to falsely degrade me and my faith, however, I strive hard to hold my tongue so as to not to excellate hate into contention between believers, for such is as well not of God, though being likely justified.
Anyway, just letting you know.
Ah, as to interpretive skills indeed. You see, that is the very reason why people need to leave each others religions alone, because everyone thinks they are right and are the smartest, but the real fact is is that everyone is the same. Yes, someone is likely right, but no matter how "sure" you are they you are the one that is right, the other person likely feels and knows exactly the same.
Thus, it is better to let other believers alone, and simply Proclaim the Gospel as you know it.
It's not our job to interpret and then condem anothers gospel, that is left to God.
Our job is to Defend the Faith and Proclaim the Gospel, but allow other believers their agency to choose, even though they don't "follow us".
