Yes it was God's redeemer Spirit in Heaven, Lord of Hosts that came down from Heaven and yes He is Spirit and He came and dwelt in the Flesh and spiritually we must eat His Flesh.

He gave His Flesh on the cross for the life of the world. We eat His Flesh by accepting His sacrifice for our sins.

Certainly He can rightly state I am the first and the Last as the Eternal One was dwelling in Him in ALL fullness bodily!

Jesus the Son of MAN came from heaven.

That is what the scriptures say.

Mary would tell you she birthed Him here on this earth!

Maybe Mary would need it explained to her.

Luke 2:49 "Why were you searching for me?" he asked. "Didn't you know I had to be in my Father's house?"

I wonder how does a man coming from anywhere fit in a woman's womb? I wonder how does a man in a womans womb come out of the womb as a baby? This has got to be a good material for "The Twilight Zone".

There's really only 2 choices here. Either Jesus is manna from heaven, the word of God, a man who came down from Heaven in a figurative sense, or in a literal sense. If it's figurative, then it makes sense. if it's literal, then you got an episode of the Twilight zone.

Jesus came in the likeness of sinful flesh.

Romans 8:3
For what the law was powerless to do because it was weakened by the flesh, God did by sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh to be a sin offering. And so he condemned sin in the flesh,

Jesus was not a human acting like God. Jesus was God made like a human.

Hebrews 2:17
For this reason he had to be made like them, fully human in every way, in order that he might become a merciful and faithful high priest in service to God, and that he might make atonement for the sins of the people.

Jesus was found in the appearance of a man.

Philippians 2:8 And being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to death-- even death on a cross!

If Jesus was just a man, why is it so remarkable that he was found in appearance as a man?

Man cannot become God.

The Almighty God can become as a Man.

It is of necessity figurative and has to be reasoned out and I put out all the verses here in this discussion of the actual of it.

Ro 8:3 For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:

3667. homoioma

omoiwma homoioma hom-oy'-o-mah
from 3666; a form; abstractly, resemblance:--made like to, likeness, shape, similitude.

literal or figurative interpretation of those scriptures is the only 2 real possibilities; however, most people use unreal possibilities. A favorite is to define words to mean something other than what they mean, but there are many others, all of which are the unreal possibilities called logical fallacies.

So I guess there are really 3 possibilities in interpreting scripture that people use, literal, figurative, and logical fallacies. 2 real, and one unreal. Putting out all the verses on a topic only works if people decide between a literal and a figurative interpretation. It does no good against logical fallacy interpretations of scripture. And of course no one steeped in logical fallacies believes that they are steeped in logical fallacies. They think it's the other guy steeped in logical fallacies.

It's on the order of this verse,

Re 13:18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.

Someone posted one time that feeding trolls was not necessary. So some on forums I will not enter into discussions with. They come along to post, complain, preach and bully. Not for conversation, or edification, imo.
Peace in the body.

Yes to ignore a "troll" is the best policy and go on and not be upset or angry as anger burns oneself out and let the "troll" go.

You are false judges. You call those who love God's Truth "trolls" because that is the only way you have left to defend your false doctrines. All you have left are personal attacks.

Yes to ignore a "troll" is the best policy and go on and not be upset or angry as anger burns oneself out and let the "troll" go.

proverbs 26.4Answer not a fool according to his folly, lest thou also be like unto him.

The principle applies to more than just a fool. one can rightly say answer not a angry insulting person, lest thou also be like unto him. And isn't that what trolls do? insult and stir up anger.

The other alternative is this.

pro 15.1 A soft answer turneth away wrath:
but grievous words stir up anger.

but that one only works sometimes, not answering a fool, a troll, a continuous man etc, always works. I have utilized these scriptures my entire Christian life, though not always.

one thing I've found that helps is addressing the issue that some angry person might bring up, but not addressing the angry persons post. Deal solely with the issue, and avoid responding to angry persons posts. Also it's a good idea to ignore a persons response when their response is a total ignoring of your post. Don't let them lead you down that road. If they don't want to talk about what you bring up but want to change it to something else, then just don't respond because it leads to anger on your part in that you have been ignored. These are tactics that seem to work for me.

Perhaps that would be a good thread to start, how to deal with trolls in CF unorthodox. We all might learn something.

Looks like 2ducklow is joining the pack and being insulting and stirring up trouble.

How many of these threads are you people going to turn into a place for your personal attacks? How many of these threads are you people going to report and have closed because you cannot stand to hear the truth and be corrected?

Here is the last post I made before it was derailed by the pack.

You will get no flaming from me This, that don't help at all in any direction.

All must realize that we cannot convert many to our thesis of things, we only can vie for what we see as truth.

Harmony is wonderful though and that will come in paradise, let us vie for that seriously!

Love Ya! Gibs.

Your gentle answers, Gibs, and ducklow, they inspire me.
Learning how to converse on a forum with the many views involved is a learning expierence.
One of the first scriptures i memorized was, ' evil communications corrupt good manners'.
I have tried to live that best as i could. Grace being my guide.
Thanks for adding your scriptures also, very helpful to read.

And thank you Norah63 for your straight testimony witness. We have a great teacher that really we don't have any excuse to not know ALL truth and discern His Prophecy. The beauty of it is He is available 24 hrs. a day the yrs. around until the consummation.

Two promises in this one verse!

Joh 16:13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come .

When all that are, there is Harmony and Unity among them and with God!
