You could not if the state can demonstrate that they have compelling interest in regulating those conducts. The Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA) prohibits the government from substantially burdening a person's exercise of religion unless the government demonstrates that the application of that burden to that person is in furtherance of a compelling governmental interest and is the least restrictive means of furthering that compelling governmental interest.And yet, I could not perform human sacrifice if it were part of my religion, use controlled substances if it were part of my religion, or yell fire in a crowded theater if there is no fire.
