I agree--I like oworm. Where are all the people who used to be on SR? Coffeeswirls, St. . .something, and others who were here a LONG time ago and then Shadrach, CCWoody, etc. . .I know that the first two I named haven't been around in ages, but Shadrach and Woody I haven't seen since the CF changes.

I would suggest we keep the list limited to those have signed up on this thread. I know the others will be included later as this list will be easily editable. However, if they aren't around at this point in time and we include them; we'll never meet a majority vote by members to do anything.

That'd be another thing to address... if for some reason a few of our number trundle off to other priorities in their lives, it may be difficult to establish a quorum. Should voting be limited to those who have posted within a specified time period prior to the vote? Or should there be a time limit set on voting on a specific issue, and those who don't vote in that time frame not be counted as abstentions towards acheiving quorum? Better parliamentarians than myself can solve this, I'm sure, but it entered my mind so I thought I'd toss it out there.

I think that's a very sensible suggestion, Brad. Setting a time limit would be the easiest and best remedy.

If you meet this criteria and you wish to be a member of SR then could you please sign up here. May I also request that you point out which of the confessional documents you adhere to.

This list will then be used to determine who can debate in the main forum, vote to change the rules and who can become moderators.
