:help: Okay so It's not really fat, it's mostly skin right? So what are some good ways to get a good stummy before june 5 th (the day I leave for cancun) :help:

its reall hard to describe an exercise in writting? if you have no idea what it should look like. but here goes.

They are what I call super crunches!!! They would look kind of like a sit up, except that instead of having you feet lay directly on the floor you bend your legs 90 deges up tward the ceiling and then another 90 degres at your knee. so it would look kind like a letter "Z" or a backwards "Z' depending on the side that you are looking. Place your hands behind your head. Note your head is not being supported by you hands. its just a way for your hands to stay out of the way. Point your chin tward the ceiling and keep it that way. Tighten your stomach muscles and again keep them tight. Now you would sit up so to speak but not all the way only about 30 degres or so. and hold it for 3 seconds. on the way down do not just flop down. Use your stomach to give you a nice controlled down movement. do not let your head or your hands hit the floor. and KEEP THAT TUMMY TIGHT!!! You could have someone poke at your stomach to make sure you are keeping it tight. Do a 50 count of these!!! or until you drop!! which ever comes first.

To work the obliques do the same technique as above just on the way up kind of curl to one siad and then the other. Again do another 50 of these each way so, if you do them how I do then I go one side up and down then the other side up and down and that is one rep.

To work your lower abs. If you picture yourself laying straight on the floor legs extended. Your hands should be by our side palms on the floor. Raise your legs about 6" off the floor and keep your stomach tight!!!! do small scisors bringing one leg over the other and switch. again do 50 of these or till you can't continue!! each side once above then that is one rep!!!

haha. i went on the ultiment diet this year. i got rediculously sick and went from 115 to 80! its was pretty gross but when were someone says something about getting smaller i just tell them to get my desies (myoclonus... trust me its a mouth full)
