I just came back from a youth-group, and also asked this question. What my close friends replied to was the same as all of you said. The thing was, I had a problem with confronting someone, when I know in my heart that they are wrong. It is a slap in the face to tell someone that, but how do you do it without invoking them to use a melee device on me or refuse my truth? Should I leave it up to God, should I only drop the seed into the soil?
I also needed some quotation from the Word, and to my utter stupidity forgot about this:
1Co 9:20 And unto the Jews I became as a Jew, that I might gain the Jews; to them that are under the law, as under the law, that I might gain them that are under the law;
1Co 9:21 To them that are without law, as without law, (being not without law to God, but under the law to Christ,) that I might gain them that are without law.
I did also find this:
2Co 10:4 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds
2Co 10:5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;
2Co 10:6 And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.
Is this contradictory or out of context with my interpretation?
By the way, I'm glad to join this forum

. I've been lurking on one other trying to spread the gospel to others, but multiple obstacles came up. I need a munitions dump, if you will. I find that although there are other Christians on that forum, I am also influenced by the doubt of the many athiests on the forum.
Thanks!
God bless you all!
