I think that it missed us here and most of the ice storm is to the North of us. It just isn't cold enough here, and I give thanks for that. We've had the rain, but little or no freezing. It's 32F right now and expected to go up to 33F tonight. It's supposed to be 46F Sunday, so that should be the end of it for us. The worst we had was slick spots - especially on overpasses and bridges. If I understand correctly, it's solid ice North of us.

The Lord's protection upon my daughter today when another driver cut in front of her, causing my girl to brake heavily and swerve a bit to avoid the other car. She is fine and so is her car - just a faint scrape of paint on her car from the other one. The other driver didn't stop despite the contact.

I know there isn't much of an increase in State Pensions these days! Praise God that He met your needs though Dave (as He does for all of us who trust Him).
