Well, I was just meaning using a digital camera as they can take tons of photos which can be stored on a computer as opposed to using a film with its limited number of photos which have to be sent away to be developed.

The driver following me being vigilant and slowing when he saw that I had to brake suddenly to avoid a driver in another lane who cut very closely in front of me onto my lane today. He didn't see me at first, I'm sure, but must have suddenly spotted my car as he swerved back into his own lane.

Well, I saw him in good time and didn't really get a fright. My husband told me he did, though. He was in the front passenger seat and not looking that way at that moment. I have to admit I felt more irritated than anything as I had already encountered three other drivers doing silly, though not dangerous so much, things on my travels yesterday. And grateful the chap behind me wasn't away in dreamland or he would have hit the back of our car.

I think that it missed us here and most of the ice storm is to the North of us. It just isn't cold enough here, and I give thanks for that. We've had the rain, but little or no freezing. It's 32F right now and expected to go up to 33F tonight. It's supposed to be 46F Sunday, so that should be the end of it for us. The worst we had was slick spots - especially on overpasses and bridges. If I understand correctly, it's solid ice North of us.
