I do not have a NT reference that shows a woman disregarding her husband's will to do what was right.
But there are examples of women doing what God called them to do without a reference to discussing the matter with their husbands and without their husbands direction. OT - we have Hannah taking either a 5 year old bull or 5 bulls - either way, a tremendous offering, to sacrifice them in thanks for her Son Samuel. When the angel approaches Mary about the Son of God coming to live in her body, she does not consult her father or Joseph, she directly answers that she is willing.
In the day of final judgement, we will all stand by ourselves before God. Husbands and wives do not stand as a team. When God asks a wife to account for her actions, she cannot point to her husband and say "I did what he told me to do." The issue is, did she do what God told her to do.
I do not envision that if a husband and wife are both seeking God's face that this will happen often in a marriage, if at all. On the other hand, husbands are not suddennly released from the effects of The Fall on the day they marry. But if this kind of conflict does happen, it is a no brainer. We must obey God rather than man. Note: God. Not the church, not our parents, not our best friends.
