Pretty mild in that right here tonight thank God. Not taking as many baby aspirin right now. Got to take aspirin to keep my blood thin but, it's bad for tinnitus.
Stuck between a rock and a hard place. Take the prescribed amount of aspirin ringy dingy cut back a little much better.
Too bad there are not some numbing drops available for the ear, put that thing to sleep a little.
For me being calm is also important.
A lot of factors seem to play into it.
Playing in that rock band way back when did not help.
Loud music until 1 in the morning laying next to a speaker.
