I have no idea either. I think I will clean out the fridge and freezer today. Whatever is left over that isn't old, and goes well together, just might be supper tonight.

Say a prayer for my family. This could get VARY INTERESTING.

I think i need to get into this thread. My son informed me, he used to think i was a good cook, but not anymore. Everything these days is weird and spicy. After 30 years of cooking I am so tired of baked pork chops and roast chicken that I am trying Korean, Thai, Indian and anything else that seems interesting. I guess the kids will always look for same....
Anyways, back to chicken hot dish and meat loaf.

Sounds like you could give US some cooking lessons  . If it makes you feel better, the cheese on my chicken and rice hot dish was a spicey mexican blend.

Still don't know what I am making tonight. It has to be quick and dirty! Hey! Dirty rice! Or maybe Red beans and rice...that sounds even better....I think I have some southun stuff in the cubboard somewhere if i go looking. I can pick up a sausage ring to throw in it at the store today.

Fresh fruit and salad should balance that, right?
