I dropped below my second and final weight goal this morning, so exciting! So what do I do? I work out like normal, walk downtown, and buy a big ham and swiss crescent. At the risk of sounding like a crazy dieter, I tried to do better the rest of the day, but haven't done so well
. Why do I decide to pig out the day I wake up to a good weight? LOL, self-sabotage!
