Pot roast you say? Mmm! Haven't had any for a while. My wife makes a great one. It has red wine vinegar in it...gives it a nice zip.

Ohhh that sounds good! I have to confess, it's only the second pot roast I've ever made. The first one was OK, but it tasted nothing like the one my dad makes. So, I called him and asked him which roast he buys and how he prepares it. Mine tasted just like his!
