Okay I know this may sound crazy to some but I am really confused and need some advice. I am in a bad relationship we have 2 kids but we are not legally married. He does not love me and I do not love him but he still won't let me leave. I am scared to death of him! But all that aside I find myself daydreaming about what it would be like to be in a real marriage a happy one with a good man that truly loves me. Is it sinful to be having these daydreams or is it ok? Like I said I know it may seem a silly question for some but I would really like to know.

Look for the nearest battered women's organization, or Catholic family services. There are organizations out there, designed just for your situation, to help women make the transition toward safety. Even if a man is not physically violent, they (and women) can behave erratically in a way that their partners fear sabotage.
Even if you don't want counseling, you should hear from an expert what moves are safe to make and which aren't. If those are his children, he could claim kidnapping if you just moved out. Find out what your rights are.
If he inflicts physical damage, call the police immediately. Prep yourself to call, bc it might not make sense at the time. Start gathering all your back-up resources now, so you feel like you can run if you are endangered.

As above. Look for your local resources that are available for women who need help to leave. This is not about you. This is about your children, not just your own future.

Father in Jesus name I ask that you would be with your daughter and
her children and I ask for Your protection over them.
Father I ask that You would come into this situation and give
your daughter wisdom and the strength to do what needs to be done
as You guide her and I ask that you would bring people into her
life to help her and direct her to any help she may need.
Father I ask that You would comfort Your daughter and her children
and make a way to turn around her situation and bring blessing into
her life.
