Wow!!

That took longer than I thought.

But I thought all this stuff deserved to be together so that we can refer back to it.

I'm not saying I agree with it all. Much of it I do, some I don't.

However, I learned long ago that God WORKS through CF and not to let my opinions interfere with His work.

Was just reading Luke 1 and it suddenly dawned on me why the first 4 verses are there.

Luke 1:1-4
Most honorable Theophilus:
Many people have written accounts about the events that took place among us. They used as their source material the reports circulating among us from the early disciples and other eyewitnesses of what God has done in fulfillment of his promises. Having carefully investigated all of these accounts from the beginning, I have decided to write a careful summary for you, to reassure you of the truth of all you were taught.


Even those in the early church knew the importance of not just believing what you are told or taught. Investigate it for yourself, don't be afraid to question what you hear, delve into the Scriptures to determine for yourself the truth of what others say.
