Dreamer was a darlin cat. Such a cutes! Like his picture! You two were very close, so he wanted you to hold him a lot. That was so sweet of you to get Ginger as a friend cat for him. You are a special kind of person to have done that.

That's why it felt bad to keep him alone in the bathroom. He didn't even get to spend him last moments with them. And I don't know how they're thinking now. I take Dreamer in the middle of the night and then when I come back he's vanished.

Here he is with Ginger when she was still a kitten.

They just buddied right up. What a sweet picture of them.
Thanks for sharing your photos with us. They are so cute! Ginger was such a precious little tiny one back then. More hugs being sent to you.

Best you kept him separated from the other cats, because he needed to be where he would not be bothered and could rest. He would want you to be thinking now about all of your special fun times together.

Lol! Dreamer got his name because of that too! I thought he was a girl so I named him Dreamcicle because of his colors but then he grew up and I changed it to Dreamer. Not that he seemed to care.

Dreamer also had functional thumbs (you can see them in the previous photo) and he knew how to use them. He'd also hug me when I picked him up by wrapping his arms around my neck. He probably knew how heavy he was and didn't want me dropping him. He was also very quiet for his size. He'd open his mouth and exhale but not actually vocalize and he'd respond to me when I talked to him. If he did find his voice it was high a squeaky and he only did it if he felt I didn't notice him. And if that didn't work he'd just jump up on my lap and make me hold him.

You were very blessed to have each other. That is neat how he got his name.
