Pfft. I know quite a few gay and bisexual people, and most of them have never looked at porn. Give me a source for this nonsense.

Of course men and women are sexually attracted to one another, but it doesn't stop there, there is another dimension; it's called the emotional dimension, a dimension which does not exist in the homosexual realm.
Why do you believe that homosexual relationships do not contain an emotional dimension?

Because the gay activists are all lying and only the tiny handful of pressured people who claim to have changed their orientations have any vision of the truth. The fact that factoring in emotions makes condemning the rights movement far more difficult to justify is irrelevant.

Maybe you need to prove why homosexuality is right. Not being a Spartan, I really have no idea what homosexuality is all about. Clearly, it isn't about siring children.
Gay people are sexually and romantically attracted to people of the same sex rather than people of the opposite sex. It's just a fact of how a gay person feels. Is it right to feel that way? Is it wrong? I don't think it's a "right" or "wrong" question -- it just is. Is it right to prefer vanilla over chocolate? No ... but I wouldn't say it is wrong, either. People like what they like. You might think it's weird, but I don't know how you can argue it's wrong (unless your belief is based in religion).

"Frowned on", meaning considered a social faux pas. However, if you were to go around suggesting gay people should be harmed or killed, yes, you'd quite possibly do some time. However, Canada is a free speech country. Nothing you've said so far would be illegal in Canada - it would just be considered an indication of bigotry and/or ignorance, or at least serious social ineptitude. There are a few splinter groups running about the political halls of Canada who oppose gay marriage (too late), all perfectly legal, and all backed by conservative religious groups.

It is often a fundamentalist point that is being responded to, but the response, at least from what I see here pretty often, is broadly aimed at Christians in general.
I'm just curious as to the last time a regular ol' every day Christian stood up to a fundy and told 'em they're wrong was?

It happens all the time in the other ethics forum (the one that used to be closed to non-Christians). In fact, in regards to their stance on homosexuality it happened so often that people who wanted to discuss other issues made them split off into a separate subforum. Some of those "regular ol' every day Christians even post here. I can see that one has posted on the same page as your question.
