We had a high of 12 today.

Today our service was done by the WELS Seminary Chorus. It was wonderful. 90% of their songs were acapella. A Mighty Fortress was so beautiful. One seminarian gave the sermon. Lots of Law....but he did finally get around to the Gospel.

It looks beautifully cold ctay. Thanks for reposting them. I really enjoyed seeing the momma cardinal. I have a beautiful male cardinal that visits my fence everynow and then. I marvel at the deep color of the red and the magnificent richness of the black. What an incredible Artist we have. I so enjoy looking at the works of His hands.

You folks east of the Rockies are lucky, in regards to the Cardinals. Ours here in Cal are dark grey with a black crest. One can hardly see them.

Well, the daffy-down-dillys are all up. A few Crocus are blooming as well. No Toolie-tips yet. No Robins yet either. I set the seedlings outside today to harden them a bit. Have to get them back inside here real quick. It's pouring outside, so they're not in any danger of freezing though. Looks like it won't be a snowy year, just the monsoons. The creek is really swollen. So are the rivers. The lakes though, have yet to come to capacity yet. So, provided the monsoons last till May, we just might be in good shape after all this year.

It looks like, contrary to what the extreme fundys were saying, Obama isn't the Anti-Christ after all. 'Cause if he was, we'd have several years with no rain at all.
