I checked the preferences for what could be displayed on CF,a nd my options allow all photos/images. I see others but not these.

Oh well, I'll take everyone's word for it that they are adorable.

Fun, ctay! I have a few more gifts to pick up (I forgot to get a Pickle present!), but I'm mostly done. I'll be finishing up cookies this weekend so we can give them out to the neighbors. Tonight I'm hoping to do sugar cookies (the cutting/baking... decorating will be tomorrow or Sunday), peanut butter kisses, and either oatmeal drop cookies or Rice Krispy treats with Christmas sprinkles. Yesterday I took Hunter to the doc for his back, so I had time to bake four batches of cookies (pb/chocolate swirls, refrigerator sugar cookies, toffee squares, and brownies).

We have a 2 hour school delay because of the ice storm that hit our area. Most of the other schools were called off, but no, not my town! It was rare for them to call off when I went to school here. Groan.

Well, at least I got to sleep in a while longer!

We had a snow day today. Last night before I went to bed, 154 schools had closed. But not ours!!

I think there's something about the fact that most of our teachers and principals went to school in Minnesota. When we get a snow storm like we did this morning, where we averaged about 6 inches, that's just a dusting to these guys! THEY have no problems driving in it, so they expect us city folk to do just fine in it!

Frozen solid here in WI. We will have a high today of -4 (-9 right now). The wind chill at the moment is -36. We are a hardy lot up here...but this tests our stamina for sure. (how are things in ND, Marv?)

Daughter-in-law's school's Christmas program is at 4pm today. It's a 25 mile drive, one way, to our church. Don't know if we will make it to that, or if they will have it tonight.

Let's just say, "it's dern cold here"!

We have a high of 15 right now and a wind chill of 5. The temps are going down down down!! Supposed to be 0 tonight with a wind chill of -10. brrr.

Sorry, Kae......it's my hubby's side of the family's Christmas, that weekend. My husband's dad is not in the best of health, so we would like to see him. We live 8hrs from them.

We got invited to 2 weddings for that day, so we had to say no to both.
